Holroyd Civic Centre

As lead of the design-build team, Stanbury coordinated the logistics and construction of this three-phase 2 year project. This included construction of the new library, temporary relocation of City staff, full renovation of the existing three-level structure and coordination of the amalgamation of three district libraries into the one facility. The new buildings also house the civic offices with state-of-the-art conferencing capabilities within the council chambers.
