Our story
Founded in 2016 by Andrew Hull, STANBURY was established with a clear purpose: to deliver exceptional value and trusted project leadership to both non-profit and for-profit partners.
With experienced project managers based in Toronto and Vancouver, we work closely alongside our clients and consultant teams to guide projects from early vision through to successful completion. We see our role not simply as managers of process, but as stewards of our partners’ objectives — providing clarity, structure, and sound judgment at every stage.
Rooted in active community engagement, we are motivated by the impact each project has beyond its walls. Our work is about more than delivering buildings; it is about helping bring meaningful visions to life.

STANBURY is named after Andrew’s great-grandfather, James Stanbury, World Single Scull Rowing Champion from 1891–1896 and again in 1905.
Rowing and development share key traits: perseverance, discipline, and a commitment to excellence grounded in realism. With a clear focus on forward progress and lessons learned, STANBURY applies these principles—along with experience working for major property portfolio owners and design-build contractors in Canada and Australia, to help owners achieve their project goals.
